The initiative has been conceived by academic electrophysiology based at Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada but involves talented cardiologists and electrophysiologists from the United Kingdom who have graduated from this training program. Each physician is therefore a certified electrophysiologist with close academic ties and a wide variety of publications to their credit.
Although each one of the team are passionate about the discipline, they are also driven to advance health care and training where needed. The unit at Westville therefore provides an ideal vehicle with mutual benefit.
